Document Controller / Secretary – Homes Company for the Red Sea Global (RSG) Turtle Bay OAF & Training Centre, from February 2024 to May 2025. The project comprises two OAF buildings (Building A & Building B) and one Training Centre, developed using advanced construction materials, modern technologies, and high-quality building systems in line with RSG project standards.

Project Scope: The works included architectural, civil, structural, MEP, HVAC, electrical, ELV, ICT, BMS, security, and building technology systems. The project involved the coordination and installation of sophisticated building services and technology infrastructure, with a significant portion of specialized materials and equipment sourced internationally from Europe, Dubai, Egypt, and other overseas markets.

Key systems, suppliers, and technology included Daikin HVAC systems, Vialight lighting, Electric House electrical materials, E2E and Energy International Control for BMS, and ICT active and passive infrastructure from HPE Aruba, Fortinet, and other specialized technology providers.

The project required extensive coordination between engineering, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams, ensuring proper documentation, material approvals, technical submissions, procurement records, inspections, testing, and project handover requirements were maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
